Eliza Copjec, M.S., MHC-LP, is a warm, collaborative, and provisionally licensed psychotherapist. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Manhattan University and currently practices at Peaceful Psychotherapy in Brooklyn, NY. Eliza has experience working with children and adolescents navigating complex trauma, as well as with young adults and adults struggling in their relationships, with anxiety, and/or depression. Her therapeutic approach is client-centered and integrates modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based therapies based on each client’s individual needs.
