Have you been feeling anxious, depressed, angry, fearful, guilty, lonely—or just not quite like yourself? If it feels like nothing seems to help, you're not alone. And you’ve come to the right place. I’m a Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor committed to supporting children, teens, adults, seniors, and couples through life’s challenges. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and those who identify as neurodivergent. I also have a strong interest in supporting clients navigating obsessive- compulsive disorder (OCD), men’s mental health concerns, adverse childhood experiences, low self-esteem, academic stress, and interpersonal difficulties. I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions. I’m passionate about adapting my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, and I welcome individuals from all cultural backgrounds with openness and respect. My approach is person-centered, meaning every session is tailored to your goals and lived experience. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). These structured, goal-oriented methods help you build practical skills to manage intense emotions, cultivate mindfulness, and improve your overall well-being. Whether you're grieving a loss, navigating relationship difficulties, facing job or financial stress, or simply feeling stuck—therapy can be a powerful step toward healing. I’m here to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strength, resilience, and sense of self.
