I am a bilingual mental health therapist (English/Spanish) dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, drawing on evidence-based practices to help individuals, families, and couples work through life’s challenges. My passion for this work comes from a personal place—I know how important it is to have someone who can guide you in understanding your emotions, setting boundaries, and reminding you that it’s okay to feel. I especially enjoy supporting young adults navigating life transitions, as well as parents and families building healthier connections.
