Psychotherapist
I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, and providing support along their journey towards wellness. Whether you are starting your first session ever, or are well seasoned in the world of psychotherapy, I wholeheartedly acknowledge your efforts to take this step towards finding positive changes in your life. In my practice, I strive to provide an open and non-judgemental space for my clients to reflect upon their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I utilize a non-pathological approach to therapy, meaning I work to understand and treat people in a way that views them as more than just their problems. I integrate numerous evidence-based modalities such as psychodynamic, person-centered, mindfulness-based, internal family systems, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, emotion-focused, motivational interviewing, and psychosomatic techniques. I am dedicated to tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. I welcome clients from all walks of life from various upbringings and multicultural backgrounds. I have a particular interest in working with those with post traumatic responses, depressive/anxious symptomatology, neurodivergence, and LGBTQ+ individuals. I am also intent on working with people suffering from grief, self-injurious behaviors, insecure attachment, complex familial dynamics, mood dysregulation, interpersonal struggles, adverse childhood experiences, low-self esteem, substance misuse, and sleep difficulties. If you are searching for a path towards self-actualization, I warmly invite you to start your therapeutic journey. Together, we can find the best strategies to improve your everyday life. Let’s collaborate on what you seek to gain from therapy and create unique goals that feel right.
