The therapeutic space is one of personal growth and meaningful change. In this space, I meet clients with compassion, warmth, and authenticity. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported as they explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic principles. This allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs—helping them gain insight into how past experiences shape current patterns, while developing practical tools for emotional regulation and personal growth. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and parents/families seeking guidance in gentle parenting practices. I have a special interest in supporting individuals who struggle with setting and maintaining boundaries, navigating communication challenges, managing stress, and working through symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also work with clients seeking to strengthen their relationships and deepen self-understanding. I believe that intention is the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. Through psychotherapy, I help clients connect past and present experiences to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and alignment with the life they want to create.
