Raquel Espinoza

Raquel Espinoza is a caring, bilingual Mental Health Counselor who works with underserved communities. She offers culturally sensitive support in both Spanish and English, using a client-centered approach. Raquel holds a Master of Arts and Master of Education in Mental Health and Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has experience helping adults in recovery using a multicultural DBT perspective, and also supports adults and children with autism, OCD, and ADHD. Raquel pulls from existential and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help people face life’s challenges and find meaning.
